Excellent rental. Very helpful staff.
The entire staff from the agents to driver who dropped me off. But there is a particular person named by Melvin who went out a mile to see that I was satisfied and happy to return for further business. There are many in your organization that also should be given regoninitions for their customer service. Names are Ms Anna, Ms. Marina, and who can forget señor Francisco/Franco, always pleasant to all.

It was nice having a vehicle
I've rented a minivan at the Sacramento location 4 times now and have had great customer service and price each time. Yes, I will rent from AVR again!
Overall, we had a great experience. We were disappointed that our van didn't have cruise control and we didn't know that until we were on the road.

the vans that were given to me they both had expired tags and they did not run really well.
Everything was smooth and simple. a convenient place to pickup and drop for me. Very Good!
