The van we rented broke down and it took a long time to get in touch with an agent at the renting office. We finally received a replacement vehicle an hour later.

The low ratings are because the pickup experience was fine but the dropoff experience was horrible.
Van was not ready at designated pick-up time. It took 1.5 hours to from pick-up time until we were out the door. There was no cruise control which made driving long distance uncomfortable. The tires looked bald. However, overall no incidents occurred and Cheira at customer service was a gem.
