The staff in here are wonderful especially the great customer service I have received from Katice on more than one occasion. I am local and rent usually vans for trips out of town. I get airline discount at other agencies but as long as I get these good rates and service I would much rather rent here.
The rental Van was great. The only problem was that it was a little dirty in the back seats but nothing major but yet noticeable.

phone option for requesting pick-up was confusing, no one answered phone, recording just played again. We did not know that pick up was not automatic after requesting it via phone since no one answered.

There was absolutely no storage space in the rental, just all seats. It made it difficult for us to load our belongings and could be a safety hazard in the case of an accident.
I just was not prepared for the agency being closed on Sunday, but using the Wallypark valet was very convenient.
