Great price, great value, good deal!
Very good experience at the location on North Market in Sacramento. I look forward to renting from them again. I made my reservation online and also liked the location of the lot allowing me to bypass the large rental counter out at the airport. Several convenient nearby gas stations allowed for the vehicle to be returned full. Sunday afternoon hours for the return was also appreciated.
No one answered the phone or was available when I arrived. I had to rent from another company.
HAD TO WAIT CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO BE PICKED UP. HAD TO WAIT CLOSE TO HALF AN HOUR TO BE ATTENDED.
very easy to use from the airport and about $100 cheaper than the the airport rentals
Great experience
My experience was great...except the pickup from airport.
I reserved the car online but still Waited in line for 3 hours to get a car. There were only 5 people ahead of us in line. This experience does not make me ever want to return and definitely would not encourage me to recommend others to use the company.

we always plan a big family trip every 2 years....we (brothers and sisters)are all in our 60's and 70's and we continue our family legacy by staying close knit and resolve your family bond through trips. Your car rental company made our trip this year even more remarkable. The vans were clean/rate was exceptional and staff was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy their job.
