I reserve an 8 passenger the don't have it so they give an 11 passenger same price nice
The pickup was quick. The pickup driver was very nice and helpful in introducing the area. All the staff are nice and efficient.
We were a little leery of renting from AVR because of the poor reviews. So, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. AVR was prompt, completing our rental paperwork in about ten minutes. We were given an even larger van than needed, and it was in decent shape. For AVR's price of renting a 12-passenger van, show some grace for the location (off a dirt road in a trailer) and a few character flaws in the van. We needed the van to drive around 8, 13-year old boys - so it was perfect!

Sami (LAX location) was so nice checking us in, even though he seemed to be managing both the counter and phone service at the same time. It's tough to juggle both, but he remained engaged with us, which helped eased the delayed check-in.
It did what it should but the vehicle needed Ramps to get off and on. The vehicle is very high I had bad knee and many little children. Step ramps should be added on your vehicles other than that it was great.
The 11 passenger van we'd requested was not at the location we had been told it would be. We were instructed to go to a different location to receive the van. The van was then also not available at the 2nd location. As a result, instead of a 11 passenger van driving kids camping at 12:30pm on friday, we had a 7 passenger van driving kids at 4pm. This was a big issue since the drive was so long and we were all very uncomfortable.
