I was not expecting to be charged $9.00 a day for another driver.
Good service clean van
The Dodge minivan we rented was missing a lot of features that come come with most minivans, such as automatic windows for all windows, a mesh screen protector for the windows, and automatic trunk doors. The shocks on the car were also horrible, but that's not the rental company's fault. We requested a Dodge, but will never do so again.
Driving the Van is so easy even in high Altitude. No problem with the power and the most great about it is that it is easy to return no hazzle at all
No customer service at all. My confirmation letter said I would be contacted a couple days before to confirm all the details, I waited didn't happen, because I had made a mistake on my arrival time, I called numberous times in the day before our flight - to let them know no one answered when I got there they gave my vehicle away already, what's the purpose of securing with a credit card . They were rude and just would say the website says. Place was dirty n smelled like cigarettes.

The customer service was awesome but the van that i got was really bad smell so bad and it was dirty
Our reservation was for 1:00. We arrived to the rental office at 1:00. We waited 20 minutes to be helped and then our vans weren't ready. We didn't have our vans until almost 2:30. Other than that we had a great experience.
