Extremely rude service. The agency mislead the quote that was displayed when booking and was difficult to deal with. The manager on site was not helpful and did not care about our concerns. Felt tricked and extremely disappointed in the service. The vehicle also needed new brakes and didnt feel safe driving.

We caught an earlier flight which caused an overlap of 2 hours - we we're charges a full day but at the decent rate we had. Would have been great if it was waived since they could rent it out 22 hours sooner and knew about this at pick up - oh well.
Was upgraded to SUV tht was muddy inside and out and half full of gas for $50 a day +tax
Canada Day long weekend so not many options and third time I've used Routes on the Canada Day weekend booked last moment

Low rate at great value. Rented for Canada Long Weekend. Appreciated the customer service...I had called letting them know I would be late with the drop off time, but they said it was fine as long as I was able to get there before they closed at 6pm. Highly recommended, will rent from again.

There was a long wait at the counter once you were picked up at the airport. The $500 hold on the credit card wasn't expected. The SUV we reserved wasn't available.
