While it was the most affordable vehicle, I would have been willing to pay a bit more for a bit more comfort. There were no lights in the interior cabin, so I couldn't see inside the car at night. The check engine light would go on and off and the car seemed to shake a lot while operating. It completely turned off at one point while I was driving in the evening and I had to restart the car mid-drive to get it working again. It had trouble starting another day as well.
Bad customer service - they kept my license, and said that I left it there. I called and called, but nobody answered. It took five days to finally get an answer about my license. Wait time was long, and hours of operation did not suit my needs.
Unneccessary charges on the name of no show, when the customer picked up the car from them. Not even refunding the money and using rude and abusive statements.
