Dealing with Routes was an excellent experience! Had a free upgrade on our chosen vehicle, with lots of extra features. Tonya was fantastic at pickup, and we worked with Vivian to extend our rental for an extra week. They were both excellent to deal with. Helpful, pleasant and Vivian has a great laugh!! Thanks for everything, we will DEFINITELY book through Routes again!

they gave me wrong working hours.
they knew i was coming on spicific hr and they knew they gave me wrong working hours. they chose to close down. (based on staff comment)
cost me about 200$ for taxi.
they gave me 100$ deduction on return. which is great.
but it will not give me back the day i lost on my vacation and stress they caused me.
second staff was more professional.
Staff went on rules. and not on working on helping customer when mistake was done by them or Kayak.

I rented a car from Routes, and was very satisfied with the service, especially the free upgrade! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pick up was a bit late and required a second call, however, that issue was rectified quickly. Completing the paperwork at the office took a bit of time, hopefully this will be streamlined in the future. I would definitely recommend Routes to friends and family.
