Horrible experience, will never rent from any small name companies again especially this one. Car was dirty. Car has dents and scratches everywhere, at the end of the rental they tried to charge me for those dents and scratches. Make sure you have everything in writing if you do decided to rent with them. These people are scammer and customer service was horrible unless you are one of them.

Although as per the industry standard we hold the vehicle for 2 hours only and you came to pick up your vehicle 5 hours after your pick up time still our representative helped you and got you a 2017 vehicle. We don't see any extra charges for any dents in the system.

Being very Honesty, it was my worst experience with a rental car company.
First of all, poor quality on Customer Service over the phone. I waited more than 25 minutes to be picked up. Company changes the policy and now are asking for 1 thousand on hold (what is ridiculous and insane), if you do not live in Ontario you have unlimited miles if you do you have 200KM, (What?!?!).
I will never ever recommend this company, learned you pay cheap you get poor quality service. So I went to Alamo. Bye

I needed to extend reservation by three days and the new rate jumped $60 extra per day on top of the $23 I was already paying so I had to make new reservation at lower rate and come back to depot to return car that you offered me again. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PPL? Waste my time! SO MAD AT THAT. Also Vivian was called on Friday to fix all this for me as promised and she went home without calling me back as promised. Your saturday staff at the depot are under staffed. I had to wait 40 min
