We had ordered 3, 15-passenger vans and received 2, 15-passenger vans and 1, 12-passenger van. It worked out fine and actually helped with the luggage but I just wanted to note that was not what was requested.

Mine was a holiday 5 day minimum when I only needed 1 day. My preference was for a rear entry but I got the only one available. Michelle & staff were AWESOME.
Vehicle was is poor shape. Steering was not good and there was a vibration at highway speed. the rubber seal around side door kept coming off.
Hassle free, smooth ride
We waited to be picked up at MCO for one hour. We called numerous times and was told 3 minutes, 8 minutes
and once no one answered the phone.
This is the major downside because our son was extremely tired sitting in his chair 2 hours before the flight,
2.5 hours on the flight and one hour waiting for the van. The plus side is that both drivers were pleasant.
Michael was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

Although the van was a little beat up, mostly on the inside & some on the outside & to be expected with all the people who have rented it in the past, it ran great, had brand new tires and was very clean. EXCELLENT on gas, loved that! It fit our needs very well.
Made our trip easy, accessible and more fun!
