Van rental process and van itself were as promised. Painless process even though off airport property.
Michael was very helpful in getting us on the road with a wheel chair van so that my granddaughter could get around in the Orlando area. It made a huge difference in our trip and we are ever so thankful that this service exists.

Received text that vehicle was black and parked in yellow zone was white and parked in purple zone looked for over 20 minutes received confirmation of side entry minivan got a rear entry my 80 year old mother in-law had to sit in mini back seat. The key fob was broken when I turned on the switch the door opened while in motion. Was forced to remove battery also van stalled twice at intersection and had to wiggle shifter to get it to start. Overall worst rental ever. I have rented all over US.
We had ordered 3, 15-passenger vans and received 2, 15-passenger vans and 1, 12-passenger van. It worked out fine and actually helped with the luggage but I just wanted to note that was not what was requested.

Mine was a holiday 5 day minimum when I only needed 1 day. My preference was for a rear entry but I got the only one available. Michelle & staff were AWESOME.
