Van worked out just fine. I was a little taken back about paying for all the parking fees to get the van since you don't have a location at the airport like other rental agencies do, it seems like there would be a better system for the customer. Other than that everyone was accommodating and it worked out just fine, thank you.

Headlight out. Took hour to get transported to vehicle. They didn’t know where it was. Very industrial van.

Too many forms and too many back n forth. Send me all documents first email. Very cumbersome to print sign and return. Van was as expected no surprises. Good value
The van got us where we needed to go, so it did it's job. It has seen better days. My only slight issue was the fact that we had to pay $17 to get the van out of the parking lot at Sanford Airport. The van must have been parked their for at least a day, because I believe the daily rate for the economy lot is $13.
The vehicle provided had a very STRONG cherry odor. It was overpowering, obviously hiding some horrible other odor. Because of this reason, we used the van as little as possible, which is evident from the amount of miles that were added for the time that we rented. We think that this is the same vehicle that we rented in April 2018. The check engine light is still ON!
The wheelchair van wasn’t working so I had to pay a taxi to take me to my car and he was very rude also. Once at my car I was told I would be reimbursed but never was. I’ll NEVER use this company again!! Very unsatisfactory.
The vehicle was in excellent condition and the staff was great to work with.
