I was very happy with the rental and the price was great. The pickup could have been communicated better, but overall it was a great experience and I'd rent from this company again.

Suppose to be side van with gps and free tolls never told were things were hide poor said we smoked we dont smoke
The accessible van was perfect for us!! Clean and well maintained.
The van was pretty dirty on the inside. and we weren't aware that it was going to be a manual ramp. May have been in the fine print and I missed it but the price I was expecting an electric one. The back hatch door when it open is way too high for a 5 foot 2 inch person. A strap would have been nice.

The van was just what we requested. All pickup and drop-off instructions were perfect. The staff at the office was helpful and very patient with answering all my questions. I remember Michelle especially for always being courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.

My experience with this company was great. The van I received met my needs for the whole time. It helped the event go smoothly and everyone involved had a safe and comfy ride. They all said they would be using the company as well when they needed vehicles like this. And I know I for sure will be returning as a customer again.
