It was great ..everything was above and beyond what we expected...and the rental lot was close and convenient to the airport...drivers were very helpful and polite...thank you
I arrive office 9:10 am and my rental process finish 9 :45 am, she is working front desk try to help me but she is alone, soo many phone call, just one person try to do everything, i rent car from website high roof van but she gave me regular one. I have a travel company first time a work but I dont know I try again or not..
Car was in poor service condition. Passenger front door not aligned to close and seal properly, right sliding passenger door would not lock manually or electrically, No washer fluid for windshield, check engine light and gas cap code (9ascap) appeared during our rental period. Multiple back lighting lights out on the instrument panel. Overall this rental was far below expectation for quality, even a safety perspective, head lights not properly pointed.
The vehicle was perfect and the ability for it to include the wheelchair very convenient.
Outstanding customer service!
We rented the mini-bus for a guys golf trip. The vehicle was older than anticipated (11 years old). There was also no back door making loading luggage and golf clubs a little cumbersome, but the size of the vehicle made it easy to get 12 golfers in one vehicle, so even with the negatives, we will likely rent again.
The vehicle was a piece of junk. The door wouldn't close. Wires hanging down all in the front seat. Not worth the money at all.
The staff. were very cordial and knowledgeable about about the van that I rented. They were very thorough in demonstrating how to use the lift van that we rented.
The quality of the van was below what I expected. Fine overall but a little rough.
That vehicle needs a bit of attention.
