I had an return flight from LA to MSP at 9.20 am 3/29/16. The rental agency would not let me return before their opening time of 7.30am, since they did not Have drop off facility. I ended up paying $35 to use wallypark services recommended by them to return the vehicle. Besides unneeded cost, I spent extra time returning the vehicle

taking 2 hops to get from LAX to rental was not ideal. Specially because the Lot C bus didn't show up for almost 30 minutes. The total time to get the car from the time we got our baggage was about almost 1 hour. Not complaining but has room for improvement.

Not a good rental experience. Pickup from cell phone lot took 50 min when quoted 10, after repeated calls for help. Vehicle was not available when quoted. Vehicle had slight smoke smell. Total time in rental agency on pickup over 1.5 hours as the only customer. Return service was much better. Unfortunately I can't recommend you to anyone
