I must admit that I was a little hesitant to rent from an agency I had not heard of before. I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. The staff was helpful and provided me specific directions on how to use the shuttle from LAX. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived. The rates were much less expensive than the rentals directly at the airport. The return and ride back to LAX was seamless. Great experience!

A map of the LAX parking lot C should be included with the reservation email. Coming from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the parking lot and spent about an hour calling B&W several times before finally arriving at the pick up location. The map suggestion was told to Jazmine.

I needed a rear facing car seat for my 1 year old who is too big for an infant seat. The service rep told me that they would have one that fit my child when I arrived, they did not have what I needed so I had to spend three/four hours of my vacation trying to get one from Target while my family waited with my child, at the rental agency. They kept the seat but said they would only reimburse me $100 dollars even though the seat cost $131 (including taxes) on sale. I don't see how this is fair.

Loved the drop off at airport terminal with having a baby, would have liked to know we could have also been picked up at terminal as service provided with children. Thank you again.

I had an return flight from LA to MSP at 9.20 am 3/29/16. The rental agency would not let me return before their opening time of 7.30am, since they did not Have drop off facility. I ended up paying $35 to use wallypark services recommended by them to return the vehicle. Besides unneeded cost, I spent extra time returning the vehicle
