The pick up process was very confusing and driver was not there when we arrived at the cell waiting lot. It was cold and windy and not good. But once he got there very courteous. Also, you have to do a car inspection. There were dents in the door that we didn't see in the lighting of the garage, but noticed the next day in the sunlight so they weren't noted. Luckily, they were noted from a previous rental. Otherwise, we would've been charged which would've been bad. Glad it worked out.

only negative is the off site facility but that was offset by getting dropped off at the door.
Not only was the service great, but we left a pocketbook after we returned the rental and the office called our driver who was taking us back to LAX and he returned us immediately to the agency to get the pocketbook. It would have been bad at the airport without ID. Thanks so much.
Great experience. Car was on time and clean, no waiting. Return was quick and easy, and the best part - exactly to the penny what was quoted. No hidden charges whatsoever!!!!
