Honestly, I have no complaints, only praise regarding my experience at Black and White car rentals. I reserved my car online and got a better deal than I would have in person. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this agency.

The only challenge was getting the airport shuttle to be willing to drop us at Lot C!! Once we were at Lot C there were no problems. We really appreciated the way your staff treated us. They were friendly, respectful, helpful. It was most helpful to be driven back to LAX and directly to our airlines. This allowed us to depart LA feeling stress free. The car was great also. Have already recommended you to friends.
I must admit that I was a little hesitant to rent from an agency I had not heard of before. I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. The staff was helpful and provided me specific directions on how to use the shuttle from LAX. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived. The rates were much less expensive than the rentals directly at the airport. The return and ride back to LAX was seamless. Great experience!
A map of the LAX parking lot C should be included with the reservation email. Coming from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the parking lot and spent about an hour calling B&W several times before finally arriving at the pick up location. The map suggestion was told to Jazmine.
