After many years of renting with Andy's, I was surprised and disappointed that the large vehicle I had reserved months in advance was not available for my party of 6. The staff were kind and helpful and tried to make up for the lack but the only thing that made sense for us was to rent two cats rather than an even larger one. The compact cars we ended up with were very cramped and had a very hard time transporting our luggage to and from the airport. This was a new and unwelcome experience.

I have rented from Andy before. Hope to return to Cayman and do it again. Got to take advantage of the site across the road from our resort to do the return.

The first van we rented had no brakes. We returned it for another van which had no working air conditioner. Finally returned that van and you had no vans available to rent me. So I went to Marshalls and rented a van of superior quality compared to what you rented me

We went through three Jeep Wranglers before we were provided one that had a working top...but the staff was quite helpful in trying to get us one that was acceptable. Upon returning, they were severely understaffed with no one available to "check out" the vehicle...so we just left it to catch our flight.
