One agent at checks in that was checking you in, answering the phone, going out and getting car, checking car with you to drive off. Took me almost an hour to get car after getting in line since they were 5 rentals in front of me. Horrible check in experience. Agent was nice, but should have had more than one person at counter. Car was nice.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the attention to detail. The lady checking us in asked great questions to ensure we felt comfortable driving on island. I was able to add additional drivers (for a fee) which was helpful too. The car was a little older but perfect for what we needed! I’d highly recommend Andy’s!

We stay at the east end on Grand Cayman. Renting a car to drive to and from the airport to the resort is much less expensive than using the Resort bus.
