disappointed that I requested a right side drive and one wasn’t available. I find left side drive cars to have serious blind spots. Pleased that the miscommunication regarding drop off of keys at Morritts was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you

When arriving at Andy's the vehicle that I was supposed to get would not start. The agent then gave me a replacement vehicle that was not clean, the USB port at the front did not work as it was broken & I could not use for my cell phone GPS. Also, the battery on the key remote must have been dead so I had to manually lock the doors, if I didn't check my belongings could have been stolen. Although the vehicle met my needs, I was very disappointed with the condition and quality of my rental.

Pick up took a while but drop off was exceptional. I have rented from Andy's several times and recommend to all our visitors. I wish there was a rate or offer for regular customers - we have directed significant business to Andy's especially in the tourism off season. In the last couple of months my son and partner, my daughter and family, and our friends have all had nice little cars. Thank you
