Almost everything was great. I only put "satisfactory" for being waited on promptly because it was a long wait and Andy's appeared to be understaffed but perhaps some representatives were at lunch? I may also say some customers in front of us seemed unsure of what they wanted or had not reserved ahead of time. The wait time aside, we've rented with Andy's for years and will continue to do so. Great company and great people!

We loved the new red Kia which replaced the otiginal car we were supposed to take. The first one when turned on made the worst screeching sound. The agent was very good in changing the transaction. Thank you.

Way to long of a wait during a very busy Saturday to pick up car. Workers were good but Andy's should have had more staff. 3 workers at the counter and 1 went to lunch. Way to long of a process and wait time. Returning the car was great.

The girls always to seem to have an issue with the international drivers license. I've had one for probably 4 or 5 years now and it really seems to slow down the process. I also have noticed that they seem to talk a lot between themselves when they are waiting on customers.

Have rented from Andy's 5 times & service has always been slow but this rental experience was horrible. It took 50+ minutes to get our car. The site supervisor sat in her office & ate food in full view of the customers while 7-8 customers stood in line & only 2 staff manned the check-in desk & inspected cars with the customers. The supervisor would come to the desk look at files never acknowledging customers. Car was in poor condition & we had to exchange the following day. Will not rent again

Overall satisfactory. I had asked for charges to be charged in USD to my local Scotiabank card but they were charged in CAD to my CIBC Aerogold card. The spare wheel well filled with water after heavy rain requiring a change of car.

The day we returned the rental vehicle- October 11 was pleasant and worked a great weekly rate fir the following week . This worked to our benefit since we had planned to only rent for 3 additional days and it was economical to rent for a full week. Very satisfied overall!

I was aware of the car seat charge when I made the reservation but I thought charging $10.00 per day for car seats was excessive, penalizes families with children I also thought the vehicle was very old and showed serious signs of wear, drivers seat was thread bare.
