The original car that I picked up was in terrible condition, made unusual clunking noises, and had poor A/C. I came back to the location and was upgraded to a 5 passenger SUV that was great.

We were surprised to find there were no right hand drive cars being offered to us. We were told we should have requested right hand drive when we booked the car, but when booking online I did not see anywhere on the form where I was given this option - in fact I didn't realise there would even be a choice as we have been to Grand Cayman 4 times previously and never been give anything but right hand drive. In the end we were given a shabby right hand drive car with torn seats etc.

My family and I have rented with Andy before but we all agree this will probably be the last time. The car's AC didn't work, the muffler rattled loudly, the stereo shut off on every bump, one of the windows didn't go down and it stalled frequently. I told the man I returned the keys to and the lady at the desk and neither seemed to care.
