The vehicles are kind of getting old! But the service and prices are wonderful.
Only car rental service we use in Cayman. The BEST!
We were very happy with our rental experience over the Xmas and New Year period whilst we had multiple visitors coming and going to the island. Andy's staff were very helpful and prompt in making driver changes as requested and we were dealt with quickly and efficiently at pick up and drop off. Thank you:)
Our flight was late arriving to Grand Cayman and your staff had just closed for the day but they saw us coming and re-opened. They were extremely courteous and helpful! The car, on the other hand, was just okay. We requested a compact, but this seemed more like a sub-compact. That was okay, but we didn't feel like the car had been sufficiently cleaned. It just appeared dingy and some of the lining along the floorboard had been torn, exposing the metal frame. But again, staff was delightful.
Our first car was very old and check engine light came on. The replacement vehicle was still dirty.

Generally happy with the service. On pick up one tyre was seriously deflated which I dealt with at a gas station.
Long line on return at the airport at 5.00pm on Saturday. Staff were courteous but just not enough on duty.
Friendly and helpful at the office on seven mile beach road when adding my wife as an extra driver.
