poor car condition. tyres low, spare flat, poor paintwork from repairs, boot carpet rotting, seats split
Great experience and service.
Pick up date 27/12/15 was greatly understaffed leading to extended delays picking up vehicle. Vehicle had loud squeal each time it started.
Mechanically it was reasonable.
Friendly staff - unfortunately vehicle in poor condition (the horn didn't work and the suspension was so poor that undercarriage was hit every time I drove over a speed bump!) and not as requested.

Easy access from airport, great location
We got a low-mileage Kia compact which was just the right size for the two of us while visiting Grand Cayman. The car was well-maintained, clean and in great operating condition. Appreciated that the A/C was working well. Andy's lot was full of similar cars so we had not problem with a couple of day rentals during our stay.
My car rental experience at this location was the worst I have experienced in 30 years of renting cars. I look forward to leaving a review on the internet so that other potential customers can make informed choices before they rent from Andy's Rent A Car in Grand Cayman.
