Was told when picking up the car that i could not drop it off before my early morning flight.
They were not open in the morning and i would have to drop off car the night before my flight.
I would be stranded at the airport for 9 hrs waiting for my flight.
Therefore i was mad and went to hertz rental car.
Hertz was not open either in the morning but had a key dropbox.
How hard would that have been for aco car rental?
Worked with us and answered all our questions so there were no surprises when we arrived. I would definitely use them again.

The process was frustrating. I eventually did not rent. First, since i am FL resident, I had to go back and bring an address proof. Additionally the person helping me, Saber was pushy, cocky and cunning. He was trying to upsell me and forcing me. I did want a different vehicle but he was trying to confuse me and was not telling me the exact numbers but just rough estimates. Additionally i could not have reduced my rental period or extend it even though my reservation didn't say its pre-paid:)

Very patient and professional sales woman. Car was cheap and clean. What more can you ask for.
The vehicle smelled like someone had thrown up in it and was covered by air fresheners - I found 8 of them. I was quoted a price, but then was told I HAD to have one of "their" insurance company's insurance, so then my rate was more than doubled. I seriously doubt I will use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
