Agents need to get off of their cell phones when waiting on a customer, otherwise, everything was pretty great!
All the service was great, not only for me, also for other customers who were cared while I was in the office
This is my third/fourth rental from ACO Rent a Car and, on each occasion, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and courteous. It's a pleasure doing business with ACO and I have recommended ACO to several of my friends. Keep up the good work!

My flight was delayed and by the time I arrived in Miami. Aco was closed. I waited for more han an hours to be picked up and their listed phone number did not answer. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs.

As someone who travels frequently and rents cars 15-20 times per year, I will say I will never rent a car from ACO ever again after being scammed into having to purchase insurance. There was no clear indication that I needed printed proof of such insurance via my own policy, and it is absolutely unreasonable that I could not show electronic proof. It is 2015, time to get with the times. I had my policy pulled up and showed the attendant but still had to pay the ins fee. Will never use ACO again.
