After approximately two hours from calling for a pick up at the airport, I cancelled my reservation. It took approximately 30 minutes to be picked up. There were only two parties in front of me at the rental counter. After an hour and a half there, I cancelled my order and went back to the airport and had a car ready when I arrived and was on my way in less than 15 minutes.
I will never rent from ACO again and will never recommend them.

It took awhile for the van to show up and when it showed, we had to wait about 10 minutes for another customer to show.
Once at the counter there was only 1 person and he was very slow. I didn't know about a bs $600 hold on my credit card. I would not recommend this place. I noticed multiple people irritated or mad at the service they received.
I did have to go back twice to try to fil the gas tank and then was told it was still not full. This was a real hassel. fortunately the attendant did not make a further deal about this. But the gas tank should be check because it stops the gas before the fuel gage indicates a full tank
If you're looking to rent a car here, I advise you to reconsider. This company really comes off as greedy and deceptive. They use bait and switch tactics. We were told that told that our insurance was not valid to them and wanted to charge us $23 fees per day if we use our own insurance. Also, they charge another $4/day extra for the privilege of having a toll pass. We were quoted $155 online, but with their added charges it was $430 with taxes and hidden fees. We left and used someone else
ACO Rental car was great. Everyone was friendly and my car worked great. All of this at a great price.
Overall, good value for money. Pickup at airport could have been more prompt, as I was waiting there for a while. Rental car also could have been cleaner.
Good experience. Make sure you use an American Express Credit Card to avoid puchasing their insurance if your insurance is not one they accept.
We had the worst customer service experience EVER! ACO requires a physical copy of the insurance policy rather a simple proof of insurance, which unfortunately we don't have with us. Our insurance company offered to fax the policy. ACO supervisor, Genaiie Gonzalez, WILL NOT accept a fax or email. She cancelled our reservation and asked the shuttle to take us back to the airport!!! Let's just say I shared my experience at a conference and will be writing my reviews on various platform.
This company should be avoided. The staff will not work to help you with issues such as insurance proof, or the huge deposit they will require with good insurance.
