Very nice, gave us an upgrade at no charge, extended our return time later than contracted as our flight was delayed by many hours. Definitely would recommend and use this company again. I was completely satisfied.

My flight arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time, which also happened to be after their closing time. Being after the closing time, nobody picked up the phone so a shuttle could be sent and I wasn't able to get my rental car. I even tried to call several times the next day to figure out the problem, but nobody picked up the phone. I've never encountered a more unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is apparently out of business therefore I was taken to another place where they tried to charge me $200 more than my reservation. I told them NO and to take me back to the airport. It was a shady deal to say the least. When in Orlando always rent on the airport. I switched to National and everything was great!

After making online reservations the company ACO wanted to force me to pay for toll pass, "rental car tax", and other fees to triple my online quote. I had them return me to airport and I made another online reservation using Kayak for Fox Rental that was for my original quote using ACO. The entire process was a scam and i was very displeased. Took 2 hours out of my vacation.Company changed name to Turf. Not even using ACO. Very displeased and never recommend. Reflects on Car Rental Express. :-(

Worst car rental experience possible. Scam artists. $110 more than my quoted price. Would have cancelled, but late at night and raining gave me no choice. Would not except my Frankenmuth car insurance, said I had to pay $12.95 a day, only 5 companies that they except. Said I had to pay over $10 a day tolls, even though I would be using no tolls. Because of my complaints they came down to $9 something a day for insurance and $6 a day for tolls. Dropping off car refused to give me check in sheet.
