They tried to fraud me tons of additional charges.
First of all the vehicle was old and almost broken. Making squeaking sound when open the door. Gas tank was empty. I will never rent a car again with them.
Good car but we specifically asked for a hybrid and we didn’t get one and also we’ve payed for a GPS and the car didn’t have one.
Fraud no other words to say. the car was never cleaned, put my son and I at risk of Covid -19. Trash under seats, smoking in the car, windows had smoke film. car smelled like someone crapped in it. The staff didnt know about the insurance. Didnt not accept my insurance, have to dispute the charge. no one came to walk around the vehicle to inspect it. The person that waited on me was very rude, not helpful and wasted alot of my time.
Another person that was ahead of me cancelled his.
Very nice, gave us an upgrade at no charge, extended our return time later than contracted as our flight was delayed by many hours. Definitely would recommend and use this company again. I was completely satisfied.
