1st the phone @the airport was broke- had to use my cell to call. Then my flight was late- so my car "wasn't available." I asked for a different car- was told they had nothing left. I got on kayak via my phone and there were cars available just a few dollars more- which I wouldn't have cared. The employee on the phone was very rude.
Did not honor quote , it was the cheapest car rental agency online but I wound up paying more than the others in the end. They add insurance and other fees.

Deposit requirements were not clear during reservation process. Insurance documentation needed was not clear during reservation process. Person at the desk not helpful. When arrived to drop off car there wasn't anyone at the front desk for 2 minutes. I had to walk around to the back and call out for assistance. Team member was helpful in thorough evaluation.

I travel extensively both nationally and internationally. My recent trip to MCO was an impromptu visit with family, so I booked with your company for the first time. I can honestly state that the experience with your comp. and interaction with your staff was the worst I have experienced in my entire travel history. We called at 7:00 AM for pick-up and after 5 phone calls (speaking w/same person each time) we were finally picked up at 8:20 AM. Your box does not allow morel about the add. issues
This was a terrible experience. I went with this company for price. There were others that were only $1 more expensive / day, but I mistakenly tried to go the cheapest route. BEWARE: you cannot deny their additional insurance coverage. I told them I was going to use my own insurance, and they would not accept this. I had to pay 3 times as much for this car because of this. Nowhere was this explained during the booking process, and I've never experienced this from any other company. Stay Away!
