Although I appreciate your affordable rates (my mini van was $1200 versus $1400 with Alamo and $2000+ with Avis) the car was dirty when I received it. The floors were vacuumed but the console was very dirty.
I know you have limitations in the Miami location but transportation to your Miami location is less than ideal.

We arrived at the airport. When we contacted ACO, they told us the car we reserved was given away. This company stranded my wife, my 7 month old son, and me at the airport on Christmas Eve. This company is a fraud and a failure.

Hidden policy for renting from this company states you must provide you entire insurance policy stating coverage in order to avoid using the own companies coverage at an additional $23 a day.
I was left at the airport without a car, with an 11 month old baby to figure out what to do because my plane was delayed and ACO cancelled my reservation. The only option I was given was to go online and rent again if I wanted a car.... HORRIBLE. Thank God for Hertz who came to save the day and honored us with the rental. I will NEVER again do any business with this company, nor will my company, friends, and family... Add all their families and friends to that as well. I have never felt this way
I would never ever will rent again from Aco. The conditions in the confirmation e-mail were not honored and there was another line (not included in the confirmation that I got) where it said I need to pay $10 a day for using my own insurance. I showed it to the representative and she showed me the other paper and she said that my confirmation was from a third party vendor, therefore it was not valid. I have rented many cars in Miami from other companies and this was the 1st time I see this
Long waits to get the car
Insurance verification is not done very well. There is a better way to verify insurance
The first car I got made a low hum. After spending all that time waiting on it then driving half way to my hotel, I had to turn around to get one that didn't hum.
staffs are friendly and helpful.
