This was a terrible experience. I went with this company for price. There were others that were only $1 more expensive / day, but I mistakenly tried to go the cheapest route. BEWARE: you cannot deny their additional insurance coverage. I told them I was going to use my own insurance, and they would not accept this. I had to pay 3 times as much for this car because of this. Nowhere was this explained during the booking process, and I've never experienced this from any other company. Stay Away!

Your company mislead customer into thinking rate was reasonable only to learn that a mandatory insurance fee would be added. This requirement was not disclosed when reservation was made. Customer learned that hard copy of insurance was required while at airport. Your company knowing full well that customers will not be able to print copy of policy in airport. Misleading! Bad business! Will be posting negative review on Yelp and other social media sites. Shame on you!

Reserved car with 5pm pickup 1/27 and 6am drop off 1/31. Flight landed and they weren't there. Called, driver dispatched, arrived promptly. It wasn't until that time that I was informed that my 6am drop off time wasn't an option b/c they didn't open until 7am & that my only option was to drop it off a day early (which defeats the purpose).
If 6am is an invalid drop off time, why is it a selection in your drop down menu? I had no choice but to go with another company, last minute. Not happy.
The only drawback is that if I want to extend my lease I charge a penalty when they should reward the customer.
I ended up NOT renting from your agency because of extremely poor service, communication and rude sales associate. I waited over one hour from the time I called until pick-up at baggage claim. I ended up just getting back on the bus after I spoke with your sales associate because original car/ quote wasn't honored and of course your ridiculous requirement to have written proof of insurance...which is different than ALL other major car rental companies! I'll NEVER attempt to rent again!!!
Poor service, long wait, staff not knowledgable or friendly.
Good customer service, friendly and when I brought the car back they were very prompted it getting me completed and out the door to take me to the airport. Good buck for the value.
