Since most people don't carry their personal vehicle insurance with them, you should clearly inform the customer of what they should expect to pay before obtaining the rental. Your terms are very misleading. I'm sure if you were more transparent and upfront with customers they would probably rent elsewhere.
Unfortunately I did not end up using this rental company. My flight was delayed until after they closed, but the staff called me a day before let me know the flight was delayed and had no problem cancelling my reservation. They were really great, and great prices, I will definitely be using them next time I'm in the area!
Al realizar la reserva cobraban un valor diferente al que me dijeron en la agencia y mas aparte nos demoramos mucho esperando el autobús que nos llevaba para llegar al no alquiler por el doble valor, en realidad nunca recomendaría esta empresa, deberían colocar el valor básico desde el principio, desde que se realiza la reserva me parece deshonesto.

Staff should smile more. William was very helpful in completing my reservation. Also, vehicle had some mechanical issues (noise when turning).
It took about an hour to pick me from the airport. Counter agent was very slow, unsure of herself and what forms were required. Forms could by simplified and less onerous.

I had to cancel my reservation while I was at the agency counter since the agent was forcing me to buy the company's insurance, unless I would bring a printed copy of my insurance card. Most of car rental companies don't need to see proof of insurance and if they do, a simple look at the policy online is more than enough. I travel at least once a month but I will not do business with ACO again.

Rep refused to let me use my online insurance card So I had to pay a extra 100 dollars. I then printed my insurance card on return and rep wouldn't even ask manager for refund. Did not feel as I was a valued customer. Just because you call me sir does not mean your being courteous and prompt. Could of faked asking the manager instead of just saying no. I will take my business to hertz.
