I had to cancel my reservation while I was at the agency counter since the agent was forcing me to buy the company's insurance, unless I would bring a printed copy of my insurance card. Most of car rental companies don't need to see proof of insurance and if they do, a simple look at the policy online is more than enough. I travel at least once a month but I will not do business with ACO again.

Rep refused to let me use my online insurance card So I had to pay a extra 100 dollars. I then printed my insurance card on return and rep wouldn't even ask manager for refund. Did not feel as I was a valued customer. Just because you call me sir does not mean your being courteous and prompt. Could of faked asking the manager instead of just saying no. I will take my business to hertz.
Reserved a car for a very good price, but when we arrived ACO would not accept my full coverage insurance from AAA. ACO wanted an additional $400 for their insurance, a total rip-off. Three car renters arrived on the bus with me. Two left for another car rental and one stayed and agreed to pay $10/day more than they were quoted.

This organization commits fraud. They force you to take insurance even though I had my Geico policy number, offered to have my insurance broker email or fax a copy of the policy. And I had 2 platinum credit cards which easily would cover any damage.
Suggest one never uses them. They should be put out of business.
Worse car rental place ever would not recommend them or ever rent from them again they raised the rate didn't have unlimited miles they charged a daily insurance had to leave a big deposit I rent cars all the time with the major companies none of this bs charges don't wast your time here just go across the street to the major rental co. You'll get a better car no deposit no insurance unlimited miles and no bs
inside the car was very dirty
It seems agent was new and did not how to answer all my questions but got someone to help her. It took me around 30 mins to get my car which is unacceptable but not a big deal. She was very courteous and apologized for the time taken. There are a LOT of hidden fees that if you don't pay attention or ask, you might get hit with more fees than the actual rental.
THAT WAS MY SECOND TIME RENTED IN THAT COMPANY AND I WILL CONTINUED DOING
