Company was mis-leading. Confirmation email said nothing about insurance. Was called by ACO rep on way to airport & rep told us we just needed to put $600 on credit card which would be refunded upon returning car with no damage. Upon arrival at ACO we waited in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes while 2 customers in front of us were waited on. It was apparent they were upset. Once waited on ACO rep said we needed proof of insurance or they would have to charge us with ACO Insurance. Went elsewhe

I was not picked up promptly, called and still was not picked up for over an hour. The van was not marked and did come after my call but did not know it was for ACO pick up and missed it only after I was finally picked up did the driver explain what had happened. Would not take my phone or a call from Geico regarding my full insurance coverage had to have paper copy but no way to receive fax from Geico had to use their insurance for entire rental. Very unhappy and will never use again.

I made reservation with ACO for noon on a Saturday and put in my flight info. My flight landed at 4PM on that Saturday and by the time I gathered my luggage it was closer to 5PM. I waited for over an hour for the airport limo and finally called them. When someone finally answer (and that took a couple of calls), they told me that my reservation was cancelled since I wasn't there at noon and that they had no cars left, leaving me stranded. I'll never rent from them again.

The charge to fill the gas tank per gallon was a little high and it wasn't pointed out to me beforehand. Additionally, I was unaware of a few other little details that made it more expensive than I thought it would be, like the extra daily charge for being under 25 years of age. All in all I was satisfied though, thanks.

I made the mistake of not having my insurance with me, but the way that thw situation was handle was some of the worst customer service I've ever had. She was rude and honestly seemed to not care if we rented a car, which is pretty surprising since I was in walking distance to another rental company.

The car seats were very dirty. There was only one person helping to check in people - there was only one person in front of us but it was one hour before we were out of there. Our friends rented from ACO the day before - so warned us that we needed actual paperwork to show we were insured - the car insurance card was not enough - nor was the emialed declaration copy good enough for them. They have NO printer or NO fax machine to use - so we had to go to a business center to get it copied off.
