Great Price. Car was in very good condition. The process checking in and out was easy.
Charged me double the rate for mandatory insurance. Car was old and smelled like B.O. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Never again!
The service members behind the counter were great and knowledgeable but the drive to the rental "place" should be closer, the "place" to rent should be upgraded from the trailer that it's in, and the quality of the car I received was poor. Seats had stains on them and interior had grime on it. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to request a different car and I wasn't renting the car for a fancy occasion. The rental was ok for a quick trip.
Accepting digital proof of insurance should be allowed.

The first car I was given was making a funny noise, and the response was a little slow to resolve the issue. Ultimately, they allowed me to take a different vehicle which was virtually the same. After helping us move our bags to the new car, they gave me a discount on my rental for my troubles. The discount was appreciated.

An inexperienced counter clerk when I picked up the car took 45 minutes to check me in. She kept answering the phone and did not know what to do. Overcharged me by $100 and did not honor the car agreement.
Return was great.
Although the rental car provided was better then exspected. The staff at the aco in Orlando could have made my exsperiance a hole lot better. Had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up at airport and another Jou and a half through the rental process. I also understand that tou would like to sell your insurance but $600 deposit for using your own insurance is a bit much for people vacationing. Should also let customers buy their own speed passes instead of using yours.
