I was very happy with your support and vihicle well, cleaning enough strong for 6 peoples. I like Florida beach so much. Sure to enjoy Olando and back to ACO soon.
Took a long time to get the car & was surprised with hidden fees that more than doubled the estimate. Charging customers to be returned to their terminal is outrageous. When I returned the car, the agent was not helpful and had her headphones in. The shuttle driver never offered to help us with our baggage (getting on or departing) and stopped at his personal vehicle to pick up things from his car. That should be done before work starts. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Won't be using again.

It took an hour and a half to get a car for less than 24 gours. I needed a car that seated 6 (5 adults and a car seat). I was rented an SUV that the employee said seated 6, but when it was brought out, it only seated 5. I had to exchange vehicles and pay more for a van. When I returned it the next day, I was told she didn't charge me enough and I had to pay even more. I have rented several cars and have NEVER been forced to purchase insurance.I ended up paying DOUBLE my quoted price.NEVER again!
I will never use them again. It took forever to be processed picking up and dropping off the car. A tire blew out on the highway almost causing a serious accident. We were charged $150 because we didn't use there insurance. The manager mysteriously disappeared when we tried to complain. These guys are the worst.

Great Price. Car was in very good condition. The process checking in and out was easy.
Charged me double the rate for mandatory insurance. Car was old and smelled like B.O. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Never again!
The service members behind the counter were great and knowledgeable but the drive to the rental "place" should be closer, the "place" to rent should be upgraded from the trailer that it's in, and the quality of the car I received was poor. Seats had stains on them and interior had grime on it. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to request a different car and I wasn't renting the car for a fancy occasion. The rental was ok for a quick trip.
