Having the rental place off site was a little difficult, but doable. Once we we got past the issues with the credit card machine every thing went well.
Car was very dirty look like car been use as a bath room , back seat of car have urinatef make and smell , office have very dirty smell seems like a dead body or a dead animal, employees was'nt helpful to give discount for that dirty car, never going to recommend any one
My flight came in at 5 AM. I had to wait until 7 AM before the counter opened. The person who transported me was very friendly and courteous. Their business looked like trailer in a junk yard. Unless I purchased their insurance, I would have to pay $600 (refundable upon return), but it just seemed fishy to me. The counter person was rude. I felt to be at a disadvantage because I do not speak Spanish. I decided to be returned to the airport without a car. I do not recommend ACO!

Worst service and I will never book it again. Neither will I recommend it! They did not honor my reservation twice, once in Miami and Orlando but I guarantee it will not happen again!

It was good
I was left at the airport. I called about 5 times and they repeatedly said the driver is there however if they were they were not in B11 ( which is where they told me to be)! Then called Friday evening to all if I was coming to get my rental. That was by far the most horrible unprofessional experience. To have booked everything in advance, traveling with children, and left at the airport in an unfamiliar place. I'll never ever ever rent, book, or even contact this place!!!😡
I landed in Orlando international airport at 5.45 am, I had to wait till 7 am because the rental office starts working at 7, that's fine. 7 am I called the office, the employee named Michelle answered my call, she just broke the news , there was no cars available for me. My reservation didn't mean anything to her. She was rude and basic she hung up the phone on my face when I asked to talk with the supervisor, she said the supervisor wasn't there and hung up. Bad and irresponsable company.
I booked tfor an 8pm pick up having looked at the fact that pickups were allowed within one hour of the scheduled timing. When I called for pickup at 8:40pm and received no answer it was only then I read the fine print to see that you closed at exactly 8pm. Your software shouldn't allow pick ups so close to your closing or at least there should be a clear warning when making such reservations.
