We wait a long time at the airport for the shuttle to the rental place
Worst service and I will never book it again. Neither will I recommend it! They did not honor my reservation twice, once in Miami and Orlando but I guarantee it will not happen again!
This company sucks and needs a total revamp.

It was good
I was left at the airport. I called about 5 times and they repeatedly said the driver is there however if they were they were not in B11 ( which is where they told me to be)! Then called Friday evening to all if I was coming to get my rental. That was by far the most horrible unprofessional experience. To have booked everything in advance, traveling with children, and left at the airport in an unfamiliar place. I'll never ever ever rent, book, or even contact this place!!!😡
I landed in Orlando international airport at 5.45 am, I had to wait till 7 am because the rental office starts working at 7, that's fine. 7 am I called the office, the employee named Michelle answered my call, she just broke the news , there was no cars available for me. My reservation didn't mean anything to her. She was rude and basic she hung up the phone on my face when I asked to talk with the supervisor, she said the supervisor wasn't there and hung up. Bad and irresponsable company.
I booked tfor an 8pm pick up having looked at the fact that pickups were allowed within one hour of the scheduled timing. When I called for pickup at 8:40pm and received no answer it was only then I read the fine print to see that you closed at exactly 8pm. Your software shouldn't allow pick ups so close to your closing or at least there should be a clear warning when making such reservations.
Pick-up at Airport could have occurred faster but it was not terrible.
The staff member was totally interested in polishing her nails and treated me like I was a "mark", when entering the rental site. She tried to try every trick imaginable in order to up my rental rate. She insisted that I would be charged an additional fee for not carrying my personal car insurance policy with me. Stupid and ridiculous!
I would rent again if the same unlimited mileage would apply for a Florida renter. The car was clean, the staff was very courteous but driving locally and worrying about not going over the 100 miles/day limit had me uncomfortable. Especially in Miami that is such a long city. I live in Palmetto Bay but work in Wynwood. That alone is a 30 mile one way commute.
