No one answered the phone to get picked up from the airport.
Check in took way too long.
When returning car no one was there even though it was during normal hours.
Again no one answered the local number, (I did get an answer from the 800 number but they were little help.)
When someone finally showed they suggested we Uber back to the airport.
I could go on... Would not use again!
Car was way below expectation. Only one type of insurance was offered at $23/day, which was outrageous. I've had a good experience with Kayak this far but this was an exception.

The only complaint the rental counter was pushy and slow!
Unlike we were told when quoted, they didn't open until 10 so had to pay for transportation to airport. Dropped off as instructed and left keys and then got a call that I "hadn't returned the car." Returned call and was asked "what car?" Was told they would check and call me back. Never called back. Had to call 3 times to get an answer that everything was resolved. Not a nice way to finish a trip.
I rented the car in Miami Intl Airport. William was the best. He was so courteous and helpful with my and my daughter. I got a ride back to the airport and it was dropped at the terminal which was a a great courtesy since I was a bit behind schedule.
I will use your services again and recommend you to friends and family.
It was great and I will rent with you again.
