I understood the car rental agency needed to see my insurance policy so I had it available electronically. They refused to accept my USAA policy and I had to purchase their policy. Will never do business with them or car rental express again and will post this information on all public travel websites as a warning.
I reserved the vehicle but I couldn't find a shuffle bus to take me from the airport to the ACO office. terrible service. I ended up renting a car much more expensive in the aiport office. thank you for nothing.
Initial charges online and Actual Charges in person varies by $100+
They try to steal money in terms of Insurance and Tolls ($16/day and $10/day)

The great inconvenience is office hours . When you have an early or late flight you are in big trouble returning or renting the car
Your policy is the worst. If you have Florida license you can not get unlimited miles ? Wow. Not a good deal
Staff very unfriendly. No one was waiting to pickup us at the airport, had to call them to arrange pickup. Offices are open only from 8 to 5. so there's no way to pickup or leave the car in other times than that. The car seats were having large stain spots and it was not very well cleaned in the interior, several stains in front doors and sides of the front panel

This is a big scam for Florida residents. They allow us to only 100 miles a day knowing that distances in our State are very long. I lost my meeting and I had to disturb another to find a car in another agency. Should be out of business. I am going to introduce a formal complaint in the DBPR and let the people know about this agency by the media where I work.
This was a rip off. Made me pay for their crappy insurance policy even though I had my own insurance which costed more than the actual rental. Then I get the toll fee 5 months later and they can't answer any of my questions
