You don't accept Visa debt card.
From all my previous rentals with other companies I was given a lesson on debt /credit cards. I then had to go back to old reliable to rent on my debit card. This being policy your agent couldn't show me at that time where it's shown. Could you please make it more prominent on your website *(no debt cards)
It was a great experience
I was quoted 63.37 online. I walked in the door and they more than QUADRUPLED the price to 281.00. I was informed by the gentleman manning the front desk that I either had to take their insurance of $100 deposit and $23/day or use my own insurance at $400 deposit. Once we actually agreed to pay, they wouldn't take our debit cards, stating their policy requires credit cards only. This left my family stranded.
I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN.

The car itself was great the customer service was extremely poor almost as they didn't care if you rented from them.

I have full coverage insurance and you guys still told me I needed liability that the deposit would be 600!!
