Waited too long to get the car, only one person at the counter
The car itself was great the customer service was extremely poor almost as they didn't care if you rented from them.

I have full coverage insurance and you guys still told me I needed liability that the deposit would be 600!!
I called when I arrived I was told to waite at B11 for pick up I waited 45 min for pick I asked the driver what time do you close tonight I had a one day rental. he said 8pm I ok great that would work for me....I arrive at rentel location.....to find a girl so rude hanging out with her pet dog so unprofessional.....she charged me 600.00 on hold and said I need insurance. I told her I had insurance on my credit card and my own car insurance said I would still have to pay the 600.00. addl info
The ACO guys were great. They did well to educate me a bit after I picked up the vehicle. It was actually my first and I was able to overcome my fears as I got into the roads

Your shuttle needs to have ACO ore prominently displayed ON THE FRONT and on the side. I was waiting and phoning for shuttle while it was on the stand but the name ACO was not seen. Another name was prominently.
Inside the vehicle I saw ACO clearly written but we need to have this info on the outside.
Value for money was good except for the mandatory 11USD per day insurance. I will look for another agency where this is not applied. If I don't find one then you have me.
