Confusing conversation at pickup. Car was clean, but inside windshield was very dirty.

They NEVER picked us up and they wouldn't answer their phone...and their voice mail was full. On Christmas Eve in Miami, we waited and called for over an hour. Nothing. We had to find another car and spent $131 more plus had to take a small car. When we got to the internet, their website said they were closed for the holiday. Never again. And I will tell as many people and post it on my very big facebook, instagram and pinterest pages. My 82 year old mom was with me. Reported them to the BBB
It was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were very rude every time I called. I'm still waiting to speak to the owner because there is never a supervisor available. I've sent two emails and no response yet. It's not ACO rent a car , it's greenmotion rent a car. Horrible just horrible service
The rate mentioned online was not honoured, I had to correct it and show them complete break down. This place is good if anyone knows to talk Spanish only; I had problem in communicating in English with people. Always suggest customers to take toll as mandatory if they are visiting for first time.
Overall, this was cheapest deal I got but I dont have good feel in renting with them again

I understood the car rental agency needed to see my insurance policy so I had it available electronically. They refused to accept my USAA policy and I had to purchase their policy. Will never do business with them or car rental express again and will post this information on all public travel websites as a warning.
I reserved the vehicle but I couldn't find a shuffle bus to take me from the airport to the ACO office. terrible service. I ended up renting a car much more expensive in the aiport office. thank you for nothing.
Initial charges online and Actual Charges in person varies by $100+
They try to steal money in terms of Insurance and Tolls ($16/day and $10/day)
I came back cancelling the reservation!
