When we tried to pick up the rental car at Miami International Airport, we called the number and no one answered the phone. Finally someone in the rental car parking lot told us ACO company went out of business 3 months ago. That's no way to let your customer down like this. You have lost a customer for good.

What a ridiculous company. My plane arrived and we went to the shuttle area to be picked up by ACO but that never happened. We waited for nearly 30 mins before I decided to call them to see if they are ever coming, they never picked up. I called them +10 times with no answer. My family started to get tired from waited all that time so we had to walk to the car rental area to find another company with an available car which is not expected. We finally found a car with another company. Poor poor!!
They did not come to collect us. Waited in the middle of the night. Don't rent them.
Never picked up. I took a taxi with my wife and 5 year=old from the airport to the rental center. They would not honor my quoted price and added on $200.00 to the quoted price. Thieves! Stay away from them at all cost
Service was cancelled with no explanation. I had to obtain another rental car service once I was at the airport.... not happy!
Total confusion at the airport for pick up . Took an hour to get picked up by shuttle. Total confusion at the pick up office. The car itself was crappy and noisy. I will never rent a car from this company again. Horrible.
Confusing conversation at pickup. Car was clean, but inside windshield was very dirty.
