Fantastic experience, 5 stars and best value
Poor value for extended rentals. I originally reserved an extended rental of 28 days. When I reviewed my bill in detail it seems like it would have been cheaper to just make 2 separate 14 day reservations.
Overall experience was great. Only thing is, location is far from home. We have to use multiple buses or taxi to reach the place.
I appreciate the fact that I can phone in, someone answers the phone, and any queries I may have, gets answered. I have been using Zoom for many years and they are absolutely my go-to for car rentals in Toronto. I appreciate their service.

When I first began renting from Zoom, Mississauga, I was picked up promptly from the airport collection site. The past three or four times, the wait has been excessive. This most recent time (October 01, 2020) the wait was one hour. Covid-19 conditions aside, this is unsatisfactory as I still had a long commute to my final destination. Wasting an hour sitting and waiting was unfortunate. Once I was picked up, the service was characteristically good, and the car was new and clean.
The charge for renting a car is a small portion of the overall charges. There are too many other charges in the receipt which come as a surprise and spoil the whole experience.
They went beyond expectations in their service . The only place I rent cars from when flying into Toronto.
