I rented before in august 1st week. I was very disappointed.itook the car rental for only 1 week. I called and a guy picked up i was asking how much will it be to extend for 1 more week. He said $378 something then i asked to guys beat other company price as well. I had check online somewhere for $250 to avoid the hassle i wanted to get it from zoom. He said sorry we dont have any cars available its end of summer. It was 1st week of august.If i paid the 379 then it would be available.dontavertis
None of the other agencies charge additional amount for insurance if the insurance is covered by credit card, but here they charge additional $10 as gold surcharge some thing...

Cars could have been much cleaner. Also deposit policy for G2 license holders needs improvement. 1,000 deposit is a major blockage for me to rent from Zoom.
The rental was 2x the price I thought after booking on the website. Fees upon fees, upon fees. You think you are getting a better deal at this place - you are not - it is a trap. Given all the horrible reviews, for a lengthy period of time, one has to think that their bate and switch rental process is part of their business strategy. How can a company constantly get feedback they are ripping you off and do nothing about it? You probably know the answer...
