Nice clean cars. Easy booking online. But daily rates keep fluctuating as if its the stock exchange. Unethical policies have to be agreed upon which aren't written on the paper such as the pet cleaning policy (not in the provincial law but company enforces it on all customers). The CSR's have less technical knowledge about anything and need more training on how to deal properly and professionally with customers. Many hidden pricing on the invoice. Overcharging on the insurance.
