Staff were very helpful and attentative
If you can get a space in the airport of Toronto, it will be great.
We had a 1/2 hour wait to be picked up & then processing was longer than expected, especially when I was the only customer.
When we returned the car it was okay but had to wait another 20 minutes for another customer to be processed.
Not having the gas tank full was a bit annoying. Having to estimate how much to put in on return was as well. When I put gas in, the gauge jumped from 1/4 full to over 1/2 full - I am pretty sure I wound up putting in more than I should have.
Rental began at 1 am so we were pleased with Zoom's help. We had wanted to attend my wife's niece and nephew's graduation parties in the US but the cost of taking the car across the border was too high. All went well with the Ontario vacation. Thanks
some confusion on where to get the car from initially. I was told the information was in the e-mail confirmation but I didn't see it. Should be better signage in the airport to guide to off airport rentals. Even Information services wasn't sure.
