Service, price and vehicle all excellent. Only complaint was the computer behind the Hyundai Venue we rented - very badly programmed - constantly doing things you didn't want it to do.. That was minor. Excellent firm, excellent service.

I usually rent through enterprise, but ended up booking through zoom and was pleasantly surprised. Rates were significantly cheaper staff were very helpful
We had an early flight and had to get an Uber to the airport because Zoom was not open yet. 4 Ubers cancelled on us because once they got to the parking lot at 5:00a.m. they could not find us.
I finally walked back to the road to flag the next one down because the unit that Zoom is in is hidden away. Little bit stressful.
1. Waited close to an hour after reserved pickup time.
2. Was told credit card didn't cover insurance (was not carrying my own policy) so was put on the spot to purchase coverage.
3. I dropped off early as possible(was not sure what to expect for wait time)I even sanitized the car to be courteous to your employees, Upon drop off, I was asked to clean the rear floor mats in the parking lot or I was to be charged a clean up fee. All after explaining I needed to get to work.
I would highly recommend renting from Zoom. The staff were very helpful. The entire renting experience was great from the shuttle service to and from the airport, to picking up exactly the car I requested at the requested time. I would rent from Zoom again!
Everything was great but the only thing I didn't like was that the car wasn't clean properly 100% cause it was in a rush. They could have gave me another car in better condition.
I scratched the bumper, which another mechanic has told me is no more than $400 tops. Kanav charged me a $1000 deposit to REPLACE the bumper (unnecessary) and told me I would be refunded whatever is left. I emailed a couple months after to follow up and was ignored. I want my money back. Why did I pay that pricey insurance just to also pay $1000 for a surface level scratch? I have been taken advantage of and scammed. I expect to take further action.
