PIck up took 30 to 40 minutes
off site far from airport
drop off hours were limited to 6:00pm; then had to drop off at best western
Best western staff rude and not helpful, they wanted $25.00 to drop off back at airport
Same for taxi ------------- ZOOM should arrange this.
Car was low quality SUV - Nissan Rouge not big enough
the service was fantastic, but the car had poor breaks, and the driver's seat was stuck in a relaxed position which made it very uncomfortable during my long drive.
I rented my car for two months from Zoom...everyone was very courteous and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a car!

It took me too long to reach your store using ttc, go, & Mississauga transit . It would be great for toronto residents if you would pick us up at the airport too. As then I could have picked up the car on time in the morning and not spent six hours of the day from 7a.m-1p.m. trying to reach your store.

Rude and useless staff. The lady who checked me in told me that i would get the money back on insurance (which i purchased from them). However, when i checked out one rude staff told me that i would not get the money back because they dont have a system to give me money back to my debit card (BS!). Will never return to this company.
This company's policy regarding taking their insurance lead me to believe that they are in the insurance business, not the car rental business. Their rental rates are very good, but without proof of $1 million transferable insurance, you can't rent a car from them and must pay at least an additional 14.95 a day to drive out of their lot. I had proof of my personal insurance, but they wouldn't honor it because it didn't include the details above.
There is a hidden fees as "Third party Insurance" .
My Credit Card cover Car Rental Insurance and I rented lots of times with other rental companies, but nobody urge me to pay for above Insurance which is about 50% higher than rental Quoted.
As ZOOM office is out of Airport when I arrived there and faced whith such hidden fees, I had no choice to choose other rental. its terrible.
I have rented cars with Zoom at least 4 times a year for many year. The staff are always courteous and helpful, especially Mike and Mundra.
