THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME RENTING. GREAT SERVICE. PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY. BEST PRICE IN THE CITY AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED ZOOM TO A FAMILY MEMBER THE NEXT TIME THEY GO TO TORONTO. WILL ALWAYS LOOK TO ZOOM FIRST.

I only have one concern and that is that on the website - where I found Zoom Car Rental, it gave directions to how to get to the pick up area - which included going on a train. I looked all over for the train and finally asked someone in the airport how to get to this train I was suupposed to go on and they said "there is no longer a train in this airport." I was at a loss to know what to do. I called my wife, she called Zoom and got corret directions. Otherwiese everything was wonderful!

I am in marketing so I understand how hard it can be to obtain and retain a customer. I needed to keep the car beyond the noon return time as a business meeting ran late. I was charged for a whole extra day ($30) even though you had the car back in a reasonable time re-rent the vehicle. I don't think it was fair and left me with a bad first impression. As a satisfied customer might have spent $1000 over the next few years with your company but now I will not be back. Is this worth $30 to Zoom?
Great renting experience, one of the best car rental agency in all aspects. This location’s customer service, personal attention shows their thrive for the business. I strongly recommend this for best price and great on-time service. Staff’s courtesy is really appreciable.
