overall it was great .
Tried many other agencies, this one is the best for off the airport rental agencies.
Car was not clean from outside and could have been cleaner on inside. Would have been much quicker if they would have picked up at the terminal vs. The air train station because directions and signage at airport not the greatest.
They seem to have people standing behind counter while people were waiting.
i am really unsatisfied with the policy that gives "out of town" customers unlimited kilometres while local customers are limited to 200 per day. When I asked the staff about this policy they seemed very coy about it and wouldn't give me very many details. I left me with the impression that they knew they were gouging me and just didn't want to talk about it. Unless something is done to rectify this I will not be renting from zoom and I will discourage others from renting here as well.
1. Rental cars should have cruise control like virtually all other vehicles.
2. Local maps should be provided for visitors to easily find rental locations (Toronto and area).
Otherwise the staff was great and the price was good.

I just wanted to say that it is somewhat inconvenient to have to take a train at the airport to a place where the driver picks you up to bring you to the rental location.
It's easier to fill the gas tank to full than to try to bring the gas gauge back to where it was when I started.

Low frill rental agency. If you don't mind renting 'off airport' or don't expect extras from a Low Cost company you can save a bundle. I've rented (corolla/Mazda 3) twice for a month, once for 3 weeks the rates were around $15/day plus taxes. I used my own auto insurance (I have a rental rider on my policy) and had to provide Zoom with a copy when I rented. I didn't encounter any problems so I don't know how their costumer service is.
