it was good overall but the price for KM over 800 needs to be better explained to how they come up with the number when online says a different number and the staff give a higher number but don't justify where that number came from and why its high when the original car i had book was different and the $/KM should have been lower,
my third rental here and all three have met or exceeded expectations
We love the rate that we have received from zoom - $205 including tax for 7 days for a brand new 2013 mazda. Compared to the equivalent Hertz and Avis nearby the airport at $300+, we will definitely rent from zoom again! We will also recommend Zoom to our friends as well.
My experience with this company was great. I was in and out quick. The staff was friendly and chatty which made me feel comfortable.

The pick up was a little slow, 30 minutes or so as we were waiting for another customer. The vehicle I had had several lights flashing and the transmission was slippiing and not shifting correctly when it first started. it seemed fine when it was warmed up.
I was shocked at the quality ot the experience compared to car rental stories I have heard from others who rent cars. I have never rented one before. Good job!
